MINIMUM HOUSE RULES

1. No pets
2. No smoking
3. No drugs
4. No parties and events
5. Maximum staying guests – 2 for 1 bedroom rentals, 4 for 2 bedroom and 6 for 3 bedroom rentals.
6. No visitors staying overnight who have not been previously declared in the total number of guests.
7. Guests are expected to keep their apartments clean including the walls as any scratches or designs on the walls and damages beyond reasonable use will be charged.
